Mysoft welcomes a new customer into the Sage ERP X3 world; Burns Pet Nutrition. Burns required a modern ERP solution that would integrate all aspects of its business, from nutritional advice to the manufacturing of their high quality pet foods. Sage ERP X3 enables Burns to integrate all of these processes into one database where they can report on both the company as a whole and analyse individual operations across the business.
The Story so far
Burns Pet Nutrition initially engaged with Sage directly and then went to see X3 demonstrated at an open doors customer day held at R. H. Amar. The team were highly impressed with R. H. Amar’s experience with moving to X3 using Mysoft, “The R. H. Amar day we attended was really worthwhile. It was very informative, not too large, and gave us some really great demos of the software,” comments Giles Morgan, ERP Project Manager at Burns.
They therefore decided to begin the pre-sales process directly with Mysoft and have never looked back! Giles explains their decision, “From the start Mysoft have always been very professional and offered us great support, from a well-oiled and knowledgeable team.”

Burns Pet Nutrition provide high quality real food for pets aiming to improve their health and happiness. The Burns business involved a range of different stages from farming, manufacture, distribution and nutritional advice. Burns found itself using a different system for each of these activities including Sage Line 50, Khaos Control, Farmplan, EPOS systems and Verify. This made it difficult to keep track of and trust data, time consuming when attempting to compile management reports and expensive when it came to end of year audits. Sage ERP X3, with support from Mysoft, will streamline all these systems into one. This will save Burns considerable time and improve their ability to be proactive rather than reactive across all areas of the business.
