Working in an office it can be difficult to ensure we’re keeping a healthy balance between our time spent sitting down and our time on the move.
It has been proven that a healthy workforce is also a happier and more efficient workforce, so the Mysoft Directors have introduced a “Get fit” initiative! For everyday (per week) an employee cycles to work, completes 10,000 steps on a verified app or swims 5K, Mysoft will donate £5 to a charity of choice. So, Mysoft team, time to put down the laptop, dust off those trainers/ googles and get moving!
