Rosemary joined the Mysoft support team in 2016 bringing with her a wealth of IT and accounting experience.
Having worked in software development and qualifying for an Accountancy Diploma, Rosemary’s broad range of experience across finance and IT provided an ideal skill set to work with Sage Enterprise Management.
Rosemary’s dedication to the Mysoft customer base soon saw her promoted to the role of Support Manager in 2017. Rosemary now manages a team of eight Support Analysts, one of the largest Sage Enterprise Management focussed support departments in the UK.
Rosemary comments on her vision of the support department, “Our Customers are part of the Mysoft family. We are continuously developing our processes and systems to be able to provide our customers with the best possible service.”
Something you may not know about Rosemary… is that she loves to dance. When she’s not busy resolving support calls you’ll find Rosemary learning Ballroom, Latin, Modern Jive (Ceroc), Scottish or South African Sokkie routines. Performing the Viennese Waltz in Vienna is top of the bucket list.
