Mysoft employees will need confirmation that all people attending the customer site, be they Mysoft or customer employees can declare that:

  • They or someone they live with has had the COVID-19. If the answer to this is ‘Y’es then it must be confirmed that this was recognised at least 4 weeks before that person has been allowed back to the office.
  • They do not have symptoms or live with someone who has symptoms of the COVID-19.

Customer Environment

No site visits will be allowed to be held on customer site without the authorisation of a board director (Brendan Kirby or Chris Schafer).

  • Mysoft require that the customer has COVID-19 polices or guidelines and  will need to confirm these are in place before we allow any employee of Mysoft to visit a customer site.
  • Mysoft require that the customer site has a policy regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of its own and visiting personnel.
  • The customer’s policy will need to be agreed and signed off by a Mysoft board director before any employee of Mysoft will be authorised to visit the customer site.

For Customers Where Their Environment is Not Suited

  • The customer will be invited to the Mysoft offices.
  • On days when customers are visiting the Mysoft offices no personnel other than those involved in the meeting will be allowed to work from the Mysoft premises.
  • Consultants that do have to visit customer sites or hold meetings with customers at the Mysoft premises will be issued with PPE (sanitiser gel, gloves, masks).
  • Day visits vs longer stays: workshops are likely to be challenging due to access to hotels however we are going to start to investigate the option for singular days on site where this is geographically suitable.
