Brendan leads Mysoft’s board of directors. With over 30 years’ experience in the software and ERP industry, he combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership. After helping grow a London-based ERP business from 10 to 450 people, Brendan co-founded Mysoft with Chris Schafer in 2005.
Chris leads Mysoft’s strategic growth, guiding the company’s vision, commercial direction, and continued development of its customer base. With 40 years’ experience in the IT and ERP sectors, he combines strong sales leadership with a deep understanding of enterprise software. After senior roles in ERP and IT services, Chris co-founded Mysoft with Brendan Kirby in 2005.
Sunita leads Mysoft’s finance function, improving financial efficiency and streamlining internal processes across the business. With over 20 years’ experience in finance, including financial controller roles, she brings strong commercial discipline and operational insight. A qualified Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Sunita joined Mysoft as Head of Finance in 2019.
Natalie leads Mysoft’s project delivery and internal business administration, overseeing the systems and processes that support successful customer projects. Since joining Mysoft in 2006, she has helped shape the company’s delivery standards and manages a dedicated projects team. With customer-side ERP experience and over 150 successful Mysoft projects delivered, Natalie brings strong operational discipline and a deep commitment to service quality.
Brian leads Mysoft’s research and development strategy, shaping the direction of the company’s own software products and bespoke development portfolio. With 14 years’ experience as a customer-side developer, he combines strong technical expertise with real-world industry insight. Since joining Mysoft in 2005, Brian has been instrumental in developing Mysoft’s software portfolio and growing the development team.
Martin leads Mysoft’s Sage X3 development and technical consulting team, overseeing installations, configuration, bespoke modifications, and customer integrations. With more than 30 years’ experience in the design, development, implementation, and support of ERP systems, he brings deep technical expertise across distribution, retail, service, and manufacturing. Martin manages a skilled team of developers and technical consultants who deliver tailored Sage X3 functionality for Mysoft customers.
Kim leads Mysoft’s HR function, supporting employee engagement and helping shape a culture where people can thrive and grow. With experience across the travel, hospitality, and technology industries, she brings strong people-focused expertise and a practical understanding of workplace culture. CIPD qualified, Kim joined Mysoft as HR Manager in 2022 and is focused on supporting the continued development of Mysoft’s team.
Emma leads Mysoft’s sales and marketing function, overseeing activity across Sage X3, Sage Intacct, X3CloudDocs, and the company’s ecosystem partners. With over a decade of experience in software sales, account management, and marketing, she brings strong commercial insight and a customer-first approach. Since joining Mysoft in 2017, Emma has progressed from Customer Account Manager to Head of Sales & Marketing, helping strengthen customer relationships and drive growth across Mysoft’s offerings.
Amey leads Mysoft’s consultancy team and oversees support, helping strengthen delivery capability, methodology, and best practice across the business. With over 20 years’ experience in software consultancy and ERP delivery, she has led large professional services teams on multinational ERP implementation projects.
Emma leads Mysoft’s project management function, overseeing the delivery team to ensure the successful implementation of enterprise software solutions. With more than 15 years’ experience across technology, solution consulting, process optimisation, project management, and product management, she brings strong technical insight and a customer-focused approach. Having successfully delivered over 100 launches, Emma helps bridge innovation and business outcomes through structured, effective project delivery.
Beatrice leads Mysoft’s support team, overseeing one of the company’s largest teams and ensuring customer queries are resolved smoothly and effectively. Since joining Mysoft in 2018, she has progressed to Support Manager, bringing strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of customer needs. With previous experience at Sage, Beatrice combines solution expertise with a practical, customer-focused approach to support.
