First UK Sage X3 Partner
Sage Platinum Partner status is awarded annually to the highest-performing partners in the Sage ecosystem. It is not awarded on sales volume alone, the assessment includes customer satisfaction scores, implementation quality metrics, technical certification levels, and partner retention rates.
For organisations evaluating ERP partners, Platinum status provides independent evidence of delivery quality that no partner-produced marketing material can replicate. The assessors are Sage, not the partner.
Sage measures customer satisfaction directly with partner customers, independently of the partner. Our scores reflect the quality of delivery and the strength of the long-term relationships we build with the organisations we work with.
Implementation quality is assessed through the quality of our work, customer referenceability, and the successful outcomes delivered. Our consistently strong track record across both Sage X3 and Sage Intacct implementations underpins our Platinum status.
Platinum status requires a minimum number of Sage-certified consultants at the required certification levels, across all relevant product lines. Our entire delivery team holds current Sage certification.
A well-implemented mid-tier ERP platform consistently outperforms a poorly implemented tier-one platform. The same principle applies to partner quality: the implementation partner’s capability determines outcomes more than the platform’s feature set in the majority of cases.
Platinum status is the most reliable independent signal of partner quality available to organisations evaluating Sage partners. It is not sufficient on its own — reference conversations and demonstrated sector experience matter too — but it is the right starting filter.
