Having used Sage X3 since 2014, TIMCO recognised the importance of staying current with the latest functionality and decided to upgrade its system to Sage X3 V12. The upgrade was partly driven by the need to access new features, such as Making Tax Digital.

The upgrade also allowed TIMCO to move to the cloud, supporting better scalability and performance as the business was beginning to face constraints with its on-premise servers.
