As CTB continues to grow, we need systems and processes that can develop with the business. This programme will give us a consistent foundation for how we operate, helping our teams work more efficiently. By combining Mysoft's expertise in Sage X3, KPMG's transformation experience, and CTB's operational knowledge, the Group is creating a scalable digital foundation that will improve efficiency, harmonise processes, and support sustainable growth across our European businesses.

Following a competitive selection process, Mysoft was chosen as the preferred supplier. The decision reflected Mysoft’s deep Sage X3 expertise, practical implementation approach and the ability to provide the long-term support needed for a business operating at an international scale. KPMG UK is supporting CTB in developing and validating a standardised business process framework, establishing common ways of working as the ERP programme progresses.
