Meet the Team

Brendan Kirby - Director

Brendan is responsible for Mysoft's daily operations which develop, implement and support our enterprise software solutions.

He brings to his role more than twenty five years of experience in the software industry, including many years working alongside fellow Mysoft director Chris Schafer in senior management positions within several ERP vendors. Brendan's broad technical background in software development facilitates a clear understanding of the technical challenges faced by Mysoft and the ability to lead by example.

Brendan obtained an MSc in Computer Science and then joined a small London-based ERP systems house in 1988. Over the next sixteen years Brendan helped the business grow from 10 to 450 people.

Brendan formed Mysoft with Chris Schafer in 2005.

Chris Schafer - Director

Chris takes overall responsibility for all Sales and Marketing activity within Mysoft, driving both new business sales and the on-going development of Mysoft’s constantly expanding customer base.

He brings over twenty five years of experience in the IT sector working for both large corporations like Hewlett Packard to privately owned software development houses. A highly successful ten-year track record of selling ERP solutions led to four years as the Sales Director of a public IT services business.

In 2005 he formed Mysoft with Brendan Kirby.

Brian Martin - R&D Director

As Technical Services Director, Brian is responsible for managing all aspects of programming/analysis functions.

Brian spent fourteen years working at Wilton Royal Carpets developing in-house software systems for major projects such as Production Planning, Bar-coding and Complaints/Returns Management. This extensive industry experience allowed him to learn first-hand how vital a contribution a good IT development team can make to any organisation.

In 1995 Brian joined an independent software house as a Senior Analyst/ Programmer. He used his industry experience to help this company further develop their own ERP product portfolio and deliver many advanced bespoke developments.

Brian's background brings a wealth of 'real-world' industry experience combined with a high level of technical ability.

Natalie Pilgrim - Project Delivery Director 

As Head of Project Management for Mysoft, Natalie is responsible for managing the delivery of all Project Management services.

Natalie graduated from Leicester University in 1999, joining a major manufacturer & distributor to the automotive industry. Within 6 months she was fully responsible for all elements of the company's ERP system.

In 2002 Natalie moved on to work in the support department of a major ERP vendor. Natalie rapidly progressed to become the Manager of 1st line support and a Technical Account Manager for several key accounts.

Natalie joined Mysoft in September 2006 and has subsequently become a PRINCE2 accredited Project Manager. Natalie has directly project managed many of Mysoft's Sage EM implementations to date and now heads-up Project Management services.

Martin Arnold - Software Development Manager

Martin is responsible for the management and development of Mysoft's in-house authored software components/solutions designed to enhance Sage EM.

Martin has more than 20 years of experience working in the design, development, implementation and support of ERP systems. He has worked with customers in a number of sectors including distribution, retail, service and manufacturing.

Since 2002 Martin has been working with Sage EM on a variety of projects and implementations.

With his broad range of experience and his specific Sage EM knowledge, Martin adds further depth to the Mysoft team backed up by 23 years of solid industry knowledge.

Steve Higgins - Consultancy Manager 

Steve originally joined Mysoft in 2013 as a member of the Support team. Since then Steve has been promoted to Support Manager in 2014 and then to Consultancy Manager in 2017. During his time at Mysoft, Steve has consistently been dedicated to ensuring high standards of customer service and growing the Support and Consultancy teams in response to Mysoft’s business growth.

Steve has more than 7 years of experience working in a variety of industries including wholesale and distribution, import and export and retail. From this he has gained a broad and in depth knowledge of business processes. With his experience with distribution and retail sales, Steve brings real industry knowledge to the Mysoft team.

Having led the support team for 3 years, Steve brings with him a wealth of managerial and Sage Enterprise Management solution knowledge to the Consultancy team. The Mysoft consultancy team is one of the most experienced Sage Enterprise Management Consultancy teams in the UK, and one of the only teams that specialise solely in the Sage Enterprise Management solution and no other software solution.

Steve aims to consistently deliver successful Sage Enterprise Management projects and continue to develop and grow the business through providing the highest levels of Sage Enterprise Management consultancy in the UK. 

Rosemary Weineck - Support Manager 

Rosemary joined the Mysoft support team in 2016 bringing with her a wealth of IT and accounting experience. Having worked in software development and qualifying for an Accountancy Diploma, Rosemary’s broad range of experience across finance and IT provided an ideal skill set to work with Sage Enterprise Management.

Rosemary’s broad and in depth knowledge of the Sage Enterprise Management solution and dedication to the Mysoft customer base soon saw her promoted to the role of Support Manager in 2017. Rosemary enjoys working with customers to ensure that they are gaining the most tangible business benefits possible from their solution, building strong and long lasting relationships with the whole Mysoft customer base.

Rosemary now heads up a team of support personnel who are all focussed on the Sage Enterprise Management solution. It is the only solution that Mysoft provides, meaning that the support team have a real in depth and advanced knowledge of the solution. Rosemary’s commitment to providing exceedingly high levels of customer service and advanced knowledge of Sage Enterprise Management makes her an invaluable member of the Mysoft team.
