Mysoft launches Sage ERP X3 Customer Support System

Mysoft is pleased to announce that it is has moved its internal support and helpdesk functions into Sage ERP X3.

Mysoft is pleased to announce that it is has moved its internal support and helpdesk functions into Sage ERP X3.

This means Sage ERP X3 is now being used for logging, updating and closing calls; as well as for automatically sending emails to customers to keep them updated with the progress of the calls. Mysoft is also making full use of the reporting and 'requester' functionality within Sage ERP X3 to prepare statistics for internal and external use.

The new support system was designed, developed and implemented by the Mysoft Team.

Director Brendan Kirby commented “when we needed to replace our previous support system we were able to design and deliver a new system using X3 with very little development and configuration, which is testament to the power of X3. Now we have a system which allows us to serve our customers better and enables us to benefit from all the advanced reporting and workflow tools within X3”.
