Will I automatically have access to new functionality?

New functionality is built into the solution via patches, but sometimes you will need to buy additional licences or use some consultancy to implement this functionality.

How much does it cost to upgrade to V12?

Depending on what version you are on, and a number of other factors, this can vary.  Mysoft have upgraded many customers to V12 and can accurately quote you for this. 

Is V12 in the Cloud?

V12 can be provided via the cloud or we can upgrade your current system in-situ.
